Events at Intercoastal Wine Company - Amelia Island/Fernandina Beach

Hello Everyone!

Thanks to all of you who braved the crowds and came to see us during the Shrimp Festival. We had a fantastic night of music with "The Rumba King" and look forward to having him back in the future. May is going to be a great month with lots of great wine and events for you to enjoy.

Saturday May 9th, 5:30 - 8:30 pm- Artrageous Artwalk Stop in and experience first hand the wonderful portrait art of our new artist in residence, Paul Massing. Paul's wonderful paintings all feature local models, come in and see a familiar face! As always we will have a tasting of some great wine to go with the great art.

Thursday May 21, 5:30-7 pm- Marquis Phillips Wine Tasting Ben Duguid, wine representative from Republic National Distributors, will be here to pour the "most delicious, power packed wines on the planet", Marquis Phillips. These wines are a collaboration between American Dan Philips and Australian wine makers (originally Sparky Marquis of Molly Dooker fame) and are outstanding. Included in the tasting will be the Marquis Philips Merlot, Grenache, Sarah's Blend Red, Holly's blend white and Virgin Chardonnay, a crisp unoaked chardonnay. There will be a $5 tasting fee, redeemable on the purchase of one of the tasting wines.

Saturday May 25, 8-11pm- Live Music with MPact Start Memorial Day weekend off right with great music and great wine. MPact is back at the Intercoastal Wine Company playing their great mix of soul, jazz, reggae and blues. There will be a $5 cover and cash bar.

Every Wednesday is Senior Day. Anyone 55 and over receives 10% off on wine bottle purchases all day long.

Wrongo Dongo Spanish Jumilla, a Jorge Ordonez wine, bursting with rich fruit flavors and lucious aromas of sweet and exotic spices.

Pacific Rim Sweet Riesling and Dry Riesling made by the famous Randall Graham. Great summertime wine.

Turkey Flat Rose' from Australia made from grenache, shiraz and cabernet. Crisp, complex and refreshing. We have 15 varieties of , in our opinion, the best summer wine ever, Rose'. Check them out!

Brassfield Estate Winery Wines including Dry Riesling, Serenity blend (sauv blanc, pinot grigio and gewurtz), Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Noir, and Merlot. All of these wines are made with mountain fruit, grown at 1800 ft. altitude, in Clear Lake, north of Napa. Delicious!

Carpe Diem Pinot Noir, from the picturesque Edna Valley region of California, full bodied, elegant and complex, crafted in the Burgundian style.

We still have Cupcake! We have received a new shipment of Rombauer Chardonnay, the quintessential Napa chardonnay.
